Overall project management and hardware implementation.

Starting with the initial technical requirements assessment, until the final project scale to provide the visitors with a unique experience and fully enjoy the application developed by the client. The target was to make a quick transition, deployment and availability of the video-guide devices to reach the 100% of Casa Batlló visitors. It was important to consider the logistics complexity aspects of the service, and provide tailored engineering solutions to store and charge a massive volume of devices. In addition we have completely redesigned the delivery process to offer the maximum comfort for the visitors without generating bottleneck at the entrance. The hardware and accessories supply was accompanied by previous studies and recommendations to meet the client's objectives.

Execution, management, FOH staff, supervision and maintenance tasks required by the service are performed by qualified and trained crew to provide the best service and experience for the visitors.
